All garments are carefully inspected before being made available for rental. However, by renting and using our clothing, customers acknowledge and accept the following conditions.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur due to fabrics, materials, or detergents used in the cleaning of our garments. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the clothing is suitable for their personal sensitivities or allergies.
While we strive to present accurate images and descriptions, the fit, color, and overall appearance of garments may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website due to lighting, screen displays, sizing differences, or natural wear.
By renting our clothing, customers agree that they use the garments at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while wearing or using the rented clothing.

Condition and Care of Rental Items
All rental items are provided in clean, inspected, and good condition. Our company uses a professional dry cleaning service to clean and inspect each item after every rental period.
By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges responsibility for maintaining the item(s) in reasonable condition during the rental period.
Cleaning Inspection & Damage/ Repair Fees
All returned items will be professionally dry cleaned and inspected after each use. This inspection will determine whether the item has been returned in acceptable condition, requires repair, or is deemed irreparably damaged.
If any damage occurs during the rental period, the following fees will apply:
* Repairable Damage: A repair fee of 10% of the item’s value will be charged.
* Irreparable Damage: If the item cannot be repaired, a damage fee of 15% of the item’s value will be charged.
The determination of whether an item is repairable or irreparable will be made following professional inspection and cleaning.
